The thirteenth-ranked Ohio State Buckeyes defeated the Michigan State Spartans handily, 79-62. The Buckeyes led by as many as 20 points, but Aaron Henry and Joey Hauser sparked the Spartans late in the second half to cut the lead to single digits. E.J. Liddell and Justice Sueing spurred the Buckeyes scoring 18 and 17 points respectively.
