No. 5  Joey Logano

Currently fifth in the NASCAR standings, the 2018 NASCAR champ has seven Top-10 finishes, three Top-5 finishes and a pair of wins at Las Vegas and Phoenix this year. In 23 career races at Bristol, Logano has recorded 10 Top-10 finishes, six Top-5 finishes and a pair of wins at Bristol in 2014 and 2015. While Logano finishes 21s at Bristol in May, I believe complete and utter desperation to get back on track could very well lift Logano to the surprise win as a +900 pick.

No. 4 Kurt Busch

Currently 10th in the NASCAR standings, Kurt Busch has recorded 10 Top-10 finishes in 17 races this year while recording four Top-5 finishes. While he’s yet to taste victory this year, Busch has recorded a stellar 21 Top-10 finishes in 39 career races at Bristol while racking up a dozen Top-5 finishes and six victories, most recently in the fall race of 2018. The 2004 NASCAR champion finished seventh at Bristol and I believe he’s offering some great value as a whopping +1200 pick.

No. 3 Denny Hamlin

Currently sixth in the NASCAR Cup Series standings, Denny Hamlin has racked up 10 Top-10 finishes, nine Top-5 finishes and a season-high-tying four victories. Yes, Hamlin comes into this race after finishing outside the Top 10 in consecutive races for the first time this season, but just prior to his last two races, Hamlin won two of four races while recording a second place finish and fourth place finish along the way. In 29 career races at Bristol, Hamlin has recorded a stupendous 14 Top-10 finishes, nine Top-5 finishes and two wins, including the fall race of last year.  Maybe it’s me, but Hamlin looks like he’s due for another win right now!

No. 2 Brad Keselowski

Second in the NASCAR standings, Brad Keselowski has recorded a stellar 12 Top-10 finishes, six Top-5 finishes and a pair of wins this year at Miami and Pocono Speedway. The 2012 NASCAR champ has recorded seven Top-10 finishes, six Top-5 finishes and three wins at Bristol, including the May 31 race this year. Keselowski finished ninth in Indianapolis two weeks ago while finishing sixth at Kentucky last weekend and I believe he’s got a great shot to win consecutive races at Bristol on Wednesday night.

No. 1 Kyle Busch

Currently 11th in the NASCAR standings, Kyle Busch has recorded nine Top-10 finishes and seven Top-5 finishes in 17 races this year. Yes, Busch finished a disappointing 21st last weekend in Kentucky, but he’s also got a pair of Top-10 finishes over his last four races. More importantly, in 30 career races at Bristol, Busch has recorded an incredible 18 Top-10 finishes, 13 Top-5 finishes and a stupendous eight wins. Busch has taken the checkered flag three times in the last six races at Bristol, not to mention the reigning NASCAR champ is quite desperate. He might not be the favorite, but Kyle Busch is my top pick to win and cash in at the 2020 NASCAR All-Star race this year!
